Rhythms of Me: Music for Expression & Connection

Rhythms of Me is a culturally-rooted music program created for BIPOC youth on the autism spectrum to explore self-expression, emotional regulation, and connection through sound. Grounded in Afro-Caribbean and diasporic rhythms, the program offers inclusive, sensory-conscious music sessions that include drumming, vocalization, songwriting, and movement. With a focus on creativity over perfection, Rhythms of Me nurtures each participant's unique musical voice while fostering community, cultural pride, and confidence through joyful exploration.
