WHO ARE WE.
Vision Outreach is a community-driven organization committed to empowering BIPOC youth on the autism spectrum and those who are neurodivergent. We provide inclusive, culturally responsive support that honors each individual’s unique strengths. Through advocacy, education, and creative expression, we work to break down barriers and build a world where all youth are supported, celebrated, and given the tools to thrive.

The Calling
After six years in the ABA field, our founder discovered a deeper passion for advocating for BIPOC youth on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent individuals. That’s when the vision became clear.

The Vision
The name Vision Outreach was placed on our founder’s heart, long before the calling was fully understood. It was a seed waiting to grow.
WE SAW A NEED AND BROUGHT IT TO LIFE

WHAT WE VALUE
01
INCLUSIVITY
Vision Outreach centers BIPOC families and ensures that services reflect and respect their unique experiences, identities, and cultures.
02
COMPASSION & CARE
Your ABA approach isn’t rigid — it's rooted in empathy and connection. This value reminds people that you prioritize emotional safety alongside behavior support.
03
RESTORATION
This speaks directly to your mission of erasing stigma, especially in the Black community, and creating a legacy of awareness, pride, and healing.
04
EMPOWERMENT
Your services don’t just “intervene”—they equip. You uplift families with tools to thrive, not just survive, especially in systems that haven’t always served them.
