We​​ ​provide counselling services for Children, Individuals, Couples and Families. We believe that too much of our time is spent dealing with life struggles and hardships.​

Stressors could lead to poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavioural regulation issues, relationship difficulties and more. Our goal is to help you find ways to cope and allow you more time enjoying life.

As Counsellors/ Registered Social Workers with over 18 years working with children experiencing behavioural and emotional problems, as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental health and relationship issues, it is believed that change is possible. 

In making counselling an affordable option for individuals and families, if you have an extended health care plan or benefits through your employer, it is likely that all or part of your counselling fees will be covered. If you have coverage to see a Registered Social Worker, your invoice  and receipt will reflect our registration number to assist in your claim. 

Please note that counselling fees are not covered by OHIP.
